What Is...
A School Designation or Lottery Notice?
A School Designation or Lottery Notice lets families know when there are changes to which school a student can attend because a school has limited space. It may also explain whether a lottery or overflow school will be used when there isn’t enough space at the designated school.
An Attendance Area or a Walk Zone?
Your attendance area is the area where you live that determines which CBE school your child is designated to attend.
A walk zone is the area around a school where students live close enough to be considered within walking distance of the school.
