Our Kindergarten classes welcome six little chicks to their class this week. The students have thoroughly enjoyed watching them eat, play and grow. Thank you to parent council for this opportunity!
"On June 12, Grade 4 went to Bow Valley Provincial Parkway, and we learned about the parts of a plant, and invasive plants, and we did an area study with light measurements, soil moisture, and temperature. We also had a competition to pick out the longest Creeping Thistle roots! Everything was so much fun! Seeing the amazing views on the bus ride and seeing new things when we went hiking were my most favourite parts of the trip." Submitted by Grade 4 student S.I. Once again, thank you to parent council for providing the program fee and cost of the beautiful bus to give our students a mountain learning experience!
This Thursday we hosted the Volunteer Tea.   Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and talents with us this year.  Our students could not have Alien In-Line Skate Night, swimming lessons, or field trips without your support!
