Many thanks to our families for coming to “Meet the Teacher” last night.  We had a fantastic turn out (despite the rain!) and the teachers were so happy to see you.  Thank you for making the effort to support your child’s experience at school.

Parent Council Meeting

Our first parent council meeting for the year is taking place this Thursday, September 19 in our Learning Commons.   It will be at 6:30 due to the Meet the Teacher event at Dr. Gordon Higgins, which effects many of our families.  Parent Council is a place where you can learn more about the school and be involved in decision-making. We would love to see you there.

Admirable Use Policy

Last week, your child came home with a document about using school technology in a safe and respectful way. Please read this with your child, sign the document and return it to the teacher as soon as possible.

Healthy Hunger Fun Lunch of the 2024/2025 school year is here!

Little Caesar's will be the first vendor for our Healthy Hunger Fun lunch coming up on Wednesday, September 25 (Mon/Wed Kinder, Grades 1-3) and Thursday, September 26 (Tues/Thurs Kinder and Grades 4-6).  Orders will be delivered shortly before lunchtime and distributed to students. 

 If you already have a parent account you simply need to log in and register your child(ren) in our school and their classroom(s). If this is your first time ordering with Healthy Hunger please see the attached information sheet to set up an account. Order Information  All orders and payments must be made online, and the cut-off date for orders is end of day on Thursday, September 19 (for Wednesday lunches) and Friday, September 20th (for Thursday lunches).

Every item ordered raises money for our Parent Council and enables them to enhance the educational experience at Annie Foote School. If you have any questions, please contact Parents of Annie Foote Parent Council at afsparentcouncil@gmail.com.
